Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on QA experience in software testing.
- Exposure to retirement systems and business processes.
- Strong test planning and execution skills: Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data, and Test Evidence.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG).
- Proficiency in SQL to validate data integrity at the database level.
- Experience using JIRA for test and defect tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
