Responsibilities
- Support the Director on 2030 strategy, business case modelling and funding requests\n• Assist in monitoring Group Strategic Investment performance, including updates for Accountable Executive\n• Provide support on a wide range of cross-product projects\n• Face into central initiatives, including system-generated forecasting and pipeline dashboard development\n• Input to / lead financial performance activities, including: Monthly business performance reviews, Build out and management of Key Business Performance Indicators, Briefing materials for Management Director ahead of strategic forums, In-depth analysis of important data and upcoming challenges
Requirements
- Solid grasp of Transaction Banking Products\n• Proven ability interrogating financial data and advanced financial modelling\n• Experience in business performance management\n• A strategic approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and successfully influence key stakeholders across the organisation\n• Excellent communication and collaborator management skills\n• An understanding of capital, liquidity and pricing (beneficial but not essential)
