About the role

  • Senior Director, Total Rewards driving the execution of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs at Enterprise. Partnering with senior leaders to enhance Total Rewards strategy and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior leadership for the execution, governance, and evolution of Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition
  • Serve as a critical bridge between strategy and execution translating Total Rewards strategy into scalable programs, operating models, and processes
  • Lead enterprise-wide program delivery while bringing forward insights, recommendations, and continuous improvements
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to drive disciplined execution
  • Partner with Finance, HRIS, and IT to enhance analytics, compliance and governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • 10–15+ years Total Rewards experience
  • 5-7 years management experience
  • Expertise in compensation and benefits
  • Experience leading enterprise compensation cycles
  • Experience leading and managing large scale organization transformation
  • Proficient and strong Workday acumen
  • Preferred CCP, CEBS, CBP, Total Rewards certification, or SHRM-SCP certification
