About the role

  • Write and review literature reviews, manuscripts, formulary submission dossiers, product value dossiers, and other health outcomes documents
  • Create literature search strategies and detailed protocols tailored to specific project needs
  • Review abstracts and full-text publications identified through systematic literature searches
  • Design data extraction forms and lead or guide the data extraction process
  • Assess the quality and relevance of studies using established criteria
  • Develop comprehensive reports summarizing findings from literature reviews, including methodology, results, and implications
  • Conduct desktop research using online sources to gather, analyze, and summarize relevant information for inclusion in strategic documents
  • Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical development, regulatory pathways, and reimbursement processes
  • Develop US payer communication materials, including Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers and Pre-approval Information Exchange (PIE) slide decks

Requirements

  • PharmD or PhD with at least 1 year of experience, or Master’s degree with at least 6 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience in medical or clinical writing, preferably gained in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract research organization setting (or equivalent)
  • Scientific writing experience in academic, publication, or industry settings will be considered where relevant
  • Experience writing global value dossiers, reimbursement dossiers, and literature reviews
  • Preferred: Background in health economics or related field
  • Familiarity with US payer communication materials and market access strategy
