Responsibilities

Build and manage a portfolio of brokers, identifying new opportunities and promoting our real estate banking solutions.
Deliver creative funding strategies in the Residential and Commercial Investment Term lending market.
Write high-quality credit proposals and ensure compliance with conduct risk standards.
Represent the bank through digital advocacy and professional social media.
Collaborate across teams to bring the full breadth of Lloyds Banking Group to your clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in banking, with a strong understanding of SME and real estate sector funding.
A track record of acquiring new clients through broker and professional networks.
Specialist credit knowledge and the ability to tailor funding solutions to complex needs.
