About the role

  • Associate Creative Director (Copy) for M+C Saatchi SSK shaping agency's storytelling voice and leading creative teams. Collaborating with directors to craft impactful narratives across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Creative Directors to lead the messaging and narrative direction across multiple client accounts
  • Guide and mentor copywriters to elevate conceptual thinking, tone, and storytelling
  • Champion brand voice consistency while pushing for fresh, innovative approaches
  • Generate big campaign ideas, messaging frameworks, scripts, and taglines across integrated channels (TV, digital, social, experiential, print, OOH)
  • Write and edit high-quality copy that is clear, compelling, and strategically aligned
  • Ensure that the written voice complements and enhances the visual storytelling
  • Partner closely with ACDs (Art), art directors, and designers to deliver integrated, cohesive campaigns
  • Work with strategy to translate insights into compelling messaging platforms
  • Collaborate with production teams on scripts, voiceover direction, and final copy execution
  • Confidently present creative concepts and copy rationale to clients
  • Serve as a trusted voice in shaping client messaging strategies and brand positioning
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior and mid-level copywriters
  • Foster a collaborative and storytelling-driven creative culture within the team.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of copywriting and concepting experience in a creative agency setting
  • Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and writing across multiple channels
  • Exceptional writing skills: from sharp headlines and scripts to longer-form storytelling
  • Experience developing and maintaining brand voice across multiple platforms
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to sell ideas persuasively
  • Experience mentoring and growing copy talent.
