About the role

  • Creative Director responsible for executing the firm’s creative vision and brand across multiple marketing channels at a law firm. Collaborating with teams to deliver multimedia content and high-quality design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the firm’s creative vision and ensure consistent brand expression across all marketing touchpoints
  • Own and evolve brand guidelines, visual identity, and creative standards
  • Actively contribute to design and creative production across digital and print deliverables
  • Oversee the creative direction and production of video content across formats and channels
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including events, campaigns, web, and communications
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Establish and refine creative workflows, tools, and processes to support consistency and scalability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 8–12 years of creative experience, including hands-on design and leadership responsibilities
  • Experience overseeing or directing video and multimedia projects, both internally produced and vendor-led
  • Background in professional services, B2B, or brand-driven organizations preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, multimedia work, and hands-on execution
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies
