About the role

  • Represent NWADV as part of the enforcement team for court-awarded attorneys' fees, handling cases from all states;
  • Process court notices/publications, schedule deadlines in the case management system, review case files, prepare reports, and meet deadlines;
  • Update calculations and subsequently contact opposing counsel with the aim of resolving litigation through settlement;
  • Draft defenses, appeals, and various submissions;
  • Handle Debt Recovery actions: Enforcement (Execution), Monitory (payment-order) actions, and Collections;
  • Advance proceedings to obtain recovery of the claim (request SISBAJUD, RENAJUD, INFOJUD, SNIPER, etc.);
  • Conduct enforcement of judgments, and prepare and contest calculations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of active membership with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP);
  • Experience in high-volume/mass litigation law firms;
  • Proficiency in debt recovery actions;
  • Strong skills in the enforcement phase, preparation and contestation of calculations, provision of guarantees, and filing objections;
  • Full Microsoft Office proficiency, and intermediate Excel skills when required;
  • Ability to draft defenses, appeals, and various submissions;
  • Mastery of the enforcement phase, and preparation and contestation of calculations.
