Requirements

- 5+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities at once, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A sound, pragmatic, business-minded approach – focused on delivering high-quality, practical solutions on time.
