  • Ensure business practices align with corporate policies, particularly in vendor relationships, data privacy, and financial operations.
  • Develop and maintain legal resources - including templates, playbooks, and guidance materials - to help business teams navigate common legal considerations.

Requirements

  • You have a law degree from an accredited institution and the eligibility to practice law in California, either through admission or qualifying for in-house practice.
  • You have at least four years of relevant legal experience, ideally combining training at a top law firm with experience supporting in-house business teams.

  • You are known for delivering clear, practical, and creative legal advice while balancing legal risk with business objectives.
  • You demonstrate adaptability and a strong client-service mindset, in fast-moving environments where priorities may shift - approaching requests from stakeholders with professionalism, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented perspective.
