Keep customer information up to date in internal systems and assist in managing related administrative workflows.
Contribute to improving service processes by mapping workflows and sharing suggestions and best practices with the team.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Administration, Communication, Project Management, or related fields.
Previous experience in inbound customer service and knowledge of key metrics (AHT, Average Wait Time, CSAT, etc.).
Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRMs (Zendesk, Salesforce, RD Station, etc.) and Excel.
Comfortable working with digital products and apps.
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and clarity in customer communication.
Organization and attention to detail to handle multiple interactions simultaneously.
Proactivity in resolving requests and seeking solutions.
Collaboration and teamwork, keeping the customer experience as a priority.
