Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Auditing, Business, Risk Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, or Economics) will be considered a strong asset.
- Experience: Previous internship or professional experience in auditing or accounting is desirable and will be considered a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting standards such as Greek GAAP and/or IFRS. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Audit & Project Execution: Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced and results-driven team environment. Adaptability to audit methodologies and documentation standards.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Greek and English.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating responsibility, initiative, and a cooperative mindset.
