About the role

  • Assistant Analyst in Business Operations at Bradesco. Handling client inquiries related to credit and financial reconciliation in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor pending items for the release of payroll-deductible loans for clients
  • Perform reconciliations of products and financial transactions related to payroll loans
  • Handle requests from private companies and public agencies
  • Support credit portability processes, CDC (consumer credit), personal loans and payroll-deductible card services (for the general public, INSS, retirees and pensioners)
  • Authorize margin for payroll deductions, linking it to the client's payment
  • Prepare controls and reports in Excel and Access
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for internal reporting
  • Interact with various internal areas, ensuring operational fluidity and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Excel proficiency (data processing, formulas, data reconciliation)
  • Experience with administrative routines and operational controls
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with payroll loans, credit portability or financial reconciliation (preferred)
  • Experience with Access and PowerPoint (preferred)
  • Experience in banking environments or credit operations (preferred)
