Execute seasonal business planning, range presentations, and sell-in/sell-through activities.
Ensure exceptional in-store and online consumer experiences.
Collaborate with marketing and training teams to activate trade marketing plans and partner events.
Deliver outstanding account management via Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes.
Requirements
**What You’ll Bring**
Experience: 5+ years in sales, account development, and negotiation, ideally within retail, lifestyle, or outdoor channels. Softgoods expertise highly preferred.
Skills: Strong planning, analytical, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of omni-channel consumer behavior and ecommerce metrics.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant sales training is a plus.
Attributes: Passion for sport and Salomon’s brand, entrepreneurial mindset, and a collaborative approach to relationship building.
