Responsibilities
Contract management for our customers: you ensure accurate maintenance of terms and consignment stock
You maintain invoice discounts, price agreements and contract details, keeping an overview at all times
You handle order entry in the system for our consignment stock and ensure smooth processing
You proactively remind customers and field sales of open items and support follow-up activities
You work closely with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to shape processes that are efficient and customer-focused
Your ideas are welcome – you contribute and help continuously improve our workflows
Requirements
Proficient use of MS Office is part of your daily routine
You can confidently perform all tasks in German – written English skills are a plus
Articulate and attentive listener – you understand our customers' needs
You are a true team player and value the opinions and ideas of others
