About the role

  • Establish and support specialist dealer partners in your region
  • Present the product portfolio and conclude contracts with dealers
  • Increase sales by providing hands-on support to dealers in selling
  • Acquire and manage municipal and private-sector major accounts
  • Participate in regional trade fairs and roadshows
  • Plan and implement sales promotions at dealer locations

Requirements

  • Several years of field sales experience, ideally in acquiring and supporting specialist dealers
  • Proven success in building and managing dealer networks
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
  • Fluent German; English skills are a plus
  • High self-motivation and a structured approach to work
  • Basic technical understanding to present products convincingly
  • Resilience and a strong drive to close deals
