Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating and monitoring cleaning operations
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the cleaning team
  • Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards as well as the service specification
  • Responsibility for inventory management and budget administration
  • Close collaboration with clients, colleagues and partners
  • Developing and implementing optimization measures to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial cleaning and site management
  • Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Solution-focused and customer-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Valid driving licence (Class B)
