About the role
- Enhance operational efficiency through standardization, automation, and development initiatives.
- Follow safety rules and regulations.
- Manage the software application lifecycle from selection to retirement.
- Participate in application upgrades including testing, versioning, deployment, and validation.
- Provide end-user support, including OnCall Service.
- Customize and configure applications for manufacturing needs.
- Apply best practices and standard methods in development; maintain high-quality documentation and up-to-date source code.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in IS/IT or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Application Development.
- Familiarity with MES and related systems.
- Proficiency in development languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, C/C++, .Net, COBOL, MS technologies).
- Familiarity with R&D tools (e.g., git).
- Basic problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Selected candidate required to pass security clearance vetting before employment.
