Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Business Insights and Sales Departments to drive business growth.
- Compile data for selling stories needed in line reviews.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of in stocks across multiple distribution paths.
- Perform promotional performance analysis and recommendations.
- Contribute to retailer line reviews & business meetings by compiling accurate data.
- Improve Data Visualizations Dashboards as needed by updating filters and making adjustments.
- Analyze retailer promotions and understand factors driving their success or failure.
- Establish relationships with the National Account Sales Team for insights.
- Support distribution gains by ensuring accurate category analysis and identifying opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Experience working with consumer-packaged goods, retail and/or product distribution
- Retail experience and / or store level selling
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- 2+ years of experience as an associate analyst.
- Experience with syndicated or retailer portal data.
- Experience with DOMO or other dataset software.
- Experience with coding languages (R, Python, SQL)
- Experience within a small company, especially a small growth company.
