About the role
- Consultant AMOA focusing on software support and evolution for financial clients at ACCELITE. Engaging in project management and technical assistance for finance-related software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintenance
- Handle user support (Front, Middle and Back Office): analyze, qualify and resolve incidents (Levels 1 to 3)
- Manage the backlog of enhancement requests and prioritize with the Platform Manager
- Daily production monitoring, diagnose anomalies and coordinate corrective actions with technical teams
- Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the software package (configuration, reports, workflows, testing, user acceptance, documentation)
- Participate in monthly follow-up committees with performance indicators (KPIs) and activity reporting
- Prepare interim reports and management materials
- Contribute to managing user access rights and controlling FIA licenses
- Support software version upgrades (every 15 months)
- Assist in implementing functional enhancements (dashboards, reports, automations)
- Take part in automation of regression tests and continuous process improvement
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) — engineering school, business school or university
- Minimum 3 years' experience in AMOA project management within the financial sector
- Excellent knowledge of the FIA software package (Front Invest Alternatives – BlackRock): Investment, Debt, Workflow, DWH, Reports, CMD, Analytics, Ware, Core modules
- Good understanding of Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Debt sectors
- Strong knowledge of Front, Middle and Back Office processes for private (non-listed) assets
- Familiarity with JIRA and Robot Framework (automated testing)
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and backlog management methodologies (Agile / Kanban)
