About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to enhance engineering efficiency and productivity.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies across the whole engineering teams.
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement processes.
- Collaborate with other Engineering Efficiency Leads to ensure cohesive and effective practices.
- Act as a key driver for cross-functional topics, taking on the role of Project Manager to ensure successful outcomes.
- Organize and lead cross-departmental and cross-functional meetings, workshops and coaching, ensuring effective communication and reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to the engineering team on agile methodologies.
- Embrace the agile principles of Inspect, Adapt, and Transparency to drive ongoing improvements and encourage a culture of empirical focus and best practices.
Requirements
- Must have Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations or equivalent education or experience required.

- Proven experience in software engineering and a strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent team collaboration skills and a track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with developers, software architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams in a tech company setting.
- Nice to have Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach) is highly desirable.
- Experience in change management.
- Familiarity with scaled agile practices in large organizations.
- Experience with continuous delivery pipelines and cloud deployments.
- Background as a software engineer to enhance understanding of technical challenges.
