Requirements
Must have Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations or equivalent education or experience required.

Proven experience in software engineering and a strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent team collaboration skills and a track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with developers, software architects, and cross-functional teams.
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams in a tech company setting.
Nice to have Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach) is highly desirable.
Experience in change management.
Familiarity with scaled agile practices in large organizations.
Experience with continuous delivery pipelines and cloud deployments.
Background as a software engineer to enhance understanding of technical challenges.
