About the role

  • Affiliate and KOL Manager driving sustainable growth in affiliate marketing for Intrepid Asia. Leading team development and partnership management in social commerce and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Affiliate and creator/ KOL growth strategy, aligned with overall social commerce and commercial objectives.
  • Be able to build sustainable performance models, including commission tiers, incentive frameworks, and ROI optimization plans.
  • Translate business goals into clear execution roadmaps and action plans for both affiliate and creator/KOL sub-teams.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with MCNs, creators/KOLs (especially top-tier ones), and the platforms.
  • Negotiate and co-create strategic partnership programs, ensuring Intrepid’s participation in all Affiliate projects with relevant parties.
  • Analyze market and competitor trends to predict shifts and identify growth and collaboration opportunities.
  • Ensure quality control in selecting creators, KOLs, MCNs, and evaluating their performance.
  • Lead, coach, and empower Affiliate team members.
  • Foster growth, accountability, and team motivation.
  • Build and optimize SOPs, best-practice frameworks, and planning and campaign review systems to drive consistent learning and capability building for the team.
  • Cultivate a culture of data-driven performance, proactive problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Oversee the entire Affiliate team’s campaign planning and execution, and provide and guide team members with actionable insights for optimization.
  • Manage campaign budgets, commission payouts, booking fees, and incentive programs effectively to ensure optimal ROI for brands.
  • Manage affiliate activities in accordance with brand guidelines and platform policies.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator/KOL affiliate marketing, or social commerce, including at least 2 years in team leadership.
  • Proven ability to build and manage partnerships with creators/KOLs, MCNs, and affiliate marketing networks.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate activities on e-Commerce and social platforms, MCN, and creator/KOL operations.
  • Proven success in managing teams and building team capacity.
  • Excellent people management skills - able to develop, motivate, and retain talent.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, motivated by measurable growth and performance outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and cross-department coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English.
