Responsibilities
Daily administrative tasks
Administration and maintenance of the office infrastructure in Heusweiler-Holz
Provide support to employees for technical issues
Assist with onboarding new employees and provisioning new computers and mobile devices
Ensure the smooth operation of networks, servers, and other IT resources
Develop and implement automation solutions for recurring tasks using scripting languages and automation tools
Monitor system and data security
Create and update documentation for system configurations, processes, and policies
Plan, deploy, and operate a centralized device management solution, preferably based on Google Workspace, including for roaming workstations and mobile devices (smartphones, tablets)
Implement policies and procedures for device security and compliance
Assist in the administration and monitoring of our cloud software application and other cloud services to ensure availability and security
Collaborate with ibelsa developers to implement efficient and reliable processes following DevOps principles
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, IT management, or a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience
Experience administering Linux systems
Knowledge of Windows administration is an advantage
Experience working with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Active Directory is an advantage
Basic programming skills
Experience automating administrative tasks using scripting languages and automation tools
Security certifications and knowledge are an advantage
