About the role

  • Maintain and update Service and Success Package project plans, ensuring task owners, timelines, and dependencies are current
  • Partner with Project Managers to monitor project status, flag risks, and surface gaps across timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Support program-level reporting and trend identification to help reduce non-billable time and increase on-time, in-scope delivery
  • Prepare monthly utilization and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders, including visual dashboards and narrative summaries
  • Track contract consumption against forecasted hours and raise alerts on over or under-utilization
  • Coordinate internal check-ins and retrospectives to support continuous improvement
  • Manage the distribution and collection of customer satisfaction surveys following project engagements
  • Compile and analyze survey data to identify trends, share wins, and inform delivery adjustments
  • Act as an operational coordinator ensuring visibility, accountability, and smooth delivery across the project portfolio

Requirements

  • 2+ years in an administrative, operations, or PMO support role, ideally within professional services or SaaS
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, ClickUp)
  • Strong communication skills, especially when summarizing data or coordinating across roles
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking clarifying questions, and offering practical solutions
  • Experience in a customer-facing professional services environment (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/reporting tools (preferred)
  • Exposure to project forecasting, billing, or time tracking data (preferred)
