About the role

  • Own and become familiar with Crescimentum’s content and program dynamics;
  • Gather monthly departmental performance indicators;
  • Responsible for the onboarding process for new Partner Consultants;
  • Manage the contract termination process for Partner Consultants;
  • Ensure the Partner Consultants team is aligned with Grupo Cegos policies and internal procedures;
  • Monitor the consultant training calendar, both online and in-person;
  • Support the allocation of facilitators;
  • Define agendas and coordinate communications and announcements;
  • Manage communications activities for the Partner Consultants group;
  • Create and maintain the list of Crescimentum’s partner consultants;
  • Support the preparation of presentations, surveys, forms, and spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed);
  • Strong communication skills and proactivity;
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
