Responsibilities
Follow up via phone and email on opportunities generated from manufacturer partners, at Almo E4 events or other conferences, or from direct end-user or Almo reseller inquiry
Obtain information about projects from the customer, manage the Opportunity from start to finish and finalize the order utilizing our AS400 ERP system
Maintain opportunities activities in SalesForce CRM system to demonstrate successful progress of opportunity pipeline
Build strong rapport with customers by phone and email to understand their objectives and develop long-lasting relationships
Build customers business to a point where they can be graduated to the ProAV Account Managers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
