About the role

  • Grow the merchant base by identifying and engaging online merchants.
  • Drive partnerships and conduct product demos to showcase payment solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing.
  • Support onboarding, helping merchants integrate Coins.ph payments.
  • Build strong relationships with online merchants, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Track results, exceed sales targets, and provide market feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, ideally in FinTech, payments, or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with QR Ph, payment gateways, digital wallets, or e-commerce integrations is a strong advantage.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Passionate about helping online businesses grow through digital and cashless payments.
  • Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
