About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for client relationships in Omni-Channel/E-Commerce logistics solutions. Leading client projects and coordinating with internal departments for successful implementation.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage our clients at the location holistically – across all hierarchical levels
  • You will serve as the primary contact for the client service team on complex client requirements and at the same time assume disciplinary leadership of the team
  • You will identify additional revenue opportunities, derive measures from them and develop strategic account plans
  • You will independently handle strategic client inquiries, coordinate implementation and ensure smooth execution across all upstream and downstream processes
  • You will prepare business reports and conduct regular client visits
  • You will strengthen the existing sales structure in close collaboration with service departments and business partners

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business administration or a related field – ideally with a focus on sales, e‑commerce and/or logistics – or a comparable qualification
  • You have 2–3 years of professional experience in account or project management
  • You are proficient with MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills and can quickly familiarise yourself with complex subject areas
  • You communicate confidently in German (at least C1) and English (B2)
