Responsibilities
You will manage our clients at the location holistically – across all hierarchical levels
You will serve as the primary contact for the client service team on complex client requirements and at the same time assume disciplinary leadership of the team
You will identify additional revenue opportunities, derive measures from them and develop strategic account plans
You will independently handle strategic client inquiries, coordinate implementation and ensure smooth execution across all upstream and downstream processes
You will prepare business reports and conduct regular client visits
You will strengthen the existing sales structure in close collaboration with service departments and business partners
Requirements
You have a degree in business administration or a related field – ideally with a focus on sales, e‑commerce and/or logistics – or a comparable qualification
You have 2–3 years of professional experience in account or project management
You are proficient with MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills and can quickly familiarise yourself with complex subject areas
You communicate confidently in German (at least C1) and English (B2)
