About the role

  • Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, resolving business related, operational or technical issues in day-to-day digital assets and banking activities
  • Managing, nurturing and retaining existing client relationships and providing proactive support and guidance for Celsion's products and services
  • Overseeing administrative processes including account management, KYC procedures, documentation, and regulatory compliance
  • Assisting Relationship Managers and supporting business development activities such as research, client events and product presentations
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders and internal departments to resolve technical and professional client inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate client data records, reports, and monitoring to ensure an exceptional service quality
  • Contributing to enhance internal workflows and operational efficiency as well as Celsion’s product and service portfolio to meet the needs of an evolving digital banking environment

Requirements

  • Professional experience of at least 5 years in account or relationship management within a private banking, wealth management or financial services environment
  • Higher education such as FH/university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related industry certifications (CFA, CWMA, CDAA or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a client-centric approach and ambition to deliver excellent client experiences
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage client accounts and administrative tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented, proactive working attitude, ability to handle complex inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate with multiple internal teams
  • Experience, knowledge or curiosity about digital assets and crypto is a strong advantage
