About the role

  • Deliver expert insurance advice and technical assistance across Capricorn Insurance Services (CIS) and Capricorn Risk Services (CRS)
  • Support business growth by developing and delivering high-quality insurance solutions
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with internal teams
  • Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high service standards
  • Engage with Members (automotive and allied repair businesses) to provide insurance products and support

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines independently
  • High level of service orientation and initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in commercial broking, ideally with SMEs
  • Familiarity with iBais (desirable)
  • Tier 1 RG146 qualification (essential)
