About the role

  • Lead sales efforts across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
  • Build relationships with IT and business leaders in ANZ.
  • Execute territory sales strategy for the ANZ region.
  • Prospect and build pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos to IT decision-makers.
  • Own the sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
  • Attend and represent Josys at local industry events.
  • Stay on top of regional IT and SaaS trends.
  • Work closely with global team to tailor Josys’ platform to the ANZ market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience in ANZ, preferably in IT or enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian IT ecosystem and buyer personas.
  • Track record of quota achievement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Familiar with CRM tools and AI-driven sales approaches.
