Field-based Account Executive responsible for full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with executive decision-makers at Assisted Living Facilities across Southern California.
Acquire new flagship accounts and establish the foundation for long-term partnerships.
Full-Cycle Strategic Selling: conduct prospecting, cold outreach, product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
Territory Management & Hunting: develop and execute a strategic plan to penetrate the SoCal market and build a robust sales pipeline.
Executive Engagement: build rapport and trust with C-level executives, facility owners, and administrators through consultative conversations.
Product Expertise: master the AllCare platform and articulate value proposition, competitive advantages, and ROI.
Pipeline Discipline: maintain accurate and timely activity, pipeline, and forecast data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
Collaborative Handoff: work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and future expansion.
Market Intelligence: provide feedback on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
Required in-office alignment: two days per week at regional office for strategy and alignment.
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing role (Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar) in a B2B environment.
Experience selling SaaS, technology, or services into the healthcare sector (e.g., Senior Care, SNFs, ALFs, Home Health).
A verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
A true "hunter" mentality with a proven ability to self-generate opportunities and build a pipeline from scratch.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
This is a field-based role: Must be willing to travel extensively within the Southern California region (approx. 3-4 days a week). This is not a remote job.
In-Office Requirement: Must be available to work from our regional office twice per week.
