About the role

  • Account Executive role selling on-demand training courses for Sales Leaders alongside founding team. Building pipeline and owning full sales cycle in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • selling directly alongside me (Nick) and Armand on our founding team of Commercial AEs as we scale our Course Business.
  • building pipeline and picking up the phone every day.
  • owning your full sales cycle end-to-end (this is a closing role) and learning to sell the 30MPC way.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales experience, ideally in tech.
  • outcome-oriented discovery calls and know selling is more than just fluffy rapport building.
  • hold your ground with a tough VP and don’t get rattled when they ask you for an 80% discount.
  • strong “figure it out” muscle and comfortable operating amidst change and ambiguity.
