About the role

  • Organise and maintain own retouch workload and priorities, ensuring assets are submitted within agreed timelines
  • Provide quality control of all forms of imagery
  • Work closely with other teams across the agency, ensuring briefs are clearly met and necessary stakeholders are kept up to date during the creative process
  • Actively striving to deliver excellence on all projects to ensure that KPI’s are met, with a meticulous eye for detail, visual composition, and proportion
  • Retouch and process imagery for print and online in line with Client brand guidelines
  • Be familiar with working to a brief and to a high standard
  • Respond to urgent ad-hoc retouch and file sourcing requests
  • Ensure all imagery is retouched consistently whilst meeting deadlines
  • Be attentive and methodical, with a keen eye for detail
  • Be open to learning new skills and techniques in our collaborative, supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a creative agency with strong knowledge of the full creative process and marketing disciplines
  • Proficient in 3ds Max (including V-Ray rendering, TyFlow particle simulation, Substance Painter) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) with proven high-end post-production and retouching skills for both print and digital
  • Solid understanding of animation principles, composite retouching, and visual composition
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to develop new skills
  • Additional experience with Arnold, Substance Designer, Phoenix, Unreal Engine, or Blender is an advantage
