- Umfassende Kenntnisse des Schweizer Markts für Wohn- und kommerzielle Renditeliegenschaften
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Bewertungslehre (insbesondere DCF)
- Fliessendes Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse; Französisch von Vorteil
