About the role

  • MI Analyst role in Zurich's Engineering function. Responsible for accurate MI reporting and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly MI and regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting standards.
  • Manage data extraction, cleansing, and validation from systems.
  • Produce clear, structured MI reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Improve reporting production processes for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an MI, reporting, or data environment.
  • Strong understanding of structured report production, quality assurance, and delivery against deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel capability, including use of Power Query.
  • Practical experience using Power BI to develop standardised dashboards.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads and reporting cycles.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, able to explain figures and variances to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic approach with an interest in improving reporting accuracy and efficiency.
