About the role

  • Supply Chain Service Executive managing UK customer order transactions and driving service excellence. Requires strong Excel skills and product supply chain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Order Management (AS400 / SAP): New and ongoing customer setup
  • Daily monitoring of orders to ensure timely processing and alignment with volume expectations
  • Issue resolution with customers and internal teams
  • Service level reporting
  • Proactive action on negative trends
  • Maintain Customer Data Files
  • Communicate changes (e.g., new stores, SKU changes)
  • Represent Customer Operations team in meetings
  • Create, review and follow SOPs for the role

Requirements

  • Product supply chain and customer service handling experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Numeracy and excellent communication
  • Desirable: SAP / AS400 / COGNOS experience and FMCG supply chain knowledge
  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving, resilience, ability to manage priorities under pressure and a proactive team player
