Responsibilities
Define and execute Zopa’s dealer growth strategy, ensuring we scale profitably
Lead, coach and grow the Auto Sales team, fostering a high-performance and data-driven culture
Build and refine dealer acquisition and account management frameworks
Use data and insights to define KPIs, optimise performance, and influence strategy
Drive accountability for partner performance and profitability
Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit Strategy, Operations, and Product
Represent Zopa externally with key dealer groups and partners
Requirements
Experience in scaling finance originations through dealer partnerships within the auto sector
Proven track record of building, leading, and motivating high-performing sales teams in fast-moving, high-growth environment
Strong commercial acumen, with experience defining and owning targets and performance outcomes
Analytical and data-driven - you turn data and insights into clear actions that drive business performance
Highly structured thinker, with experience of building and refining processes to drive maximum impact
Excellent communicator, able to influence and build trusted partnerships externally
Self-starter mindset - proactive, organised, and outcome-focused
Regular travel to key partners and events as required
