About the role

  • Define and execute Zopa’s dealer growth strategy, ensuring we scale profitably
  • Lead, coach and grow the Auto Sales team, fostering a high-performance and data-driven culture
  • Build and refine dealer acquisition and account management frameworks
  • Use data and insights to define KPIs, optimise performance, and influence strategy
  • Drive accountability for partner performance and profitability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit Strategy, Operations, and Product
  • Represent Zopa externally with key dealer groups and partners

Requirements

  • Experience in scaling finance originations through dealer partnerships within the auto sector
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and motivating high-performing sales teams in fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience defining and owning targets and performance outcomes
  • Analytical and data-driven - you turn data and insights into clear actions that drive business performance
  • Highly structured thinker, with experience of building and refining processes to drive maximum impact
  • Excellent communicator, able to influence and build trusted partnerships externally
  • Self-starter mindset - proactive, organised, and outcome-focused
  • Regular travel to key partners and events as required
  • Visits to our London office
