Responsibilities
Meet customers and key accounts to achieve business and sales objectives, including product detailing, technical support, and relationship-building to drive growth- 30%
Generate market forecasts to ensure business continuity, meet market needs, and maintain optimal inventory levels - 25%
Prepare and execute short- and long-term strategies for business growth and market share expansion, identify new business opportunities for management approval, and actively engage with internal and external stakeholders and relevant forums to support business initiatives - 25%
Submit monthly reports and territory feedback for organizational visibility, including monitoring and reporting competitor activities - 10%
Support additional business growth initiatives and tasks as assigned by the reporting manager - 10%
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline, complemented by proven experience in techno-commercial or technical sales roles
Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science; 6–8 years of experience in animal health with a proven techno-commercial or technical sales background
In-depth knowledge of poultry health management, including vaccine application and disease management
Strong commercial and financial acumen; ability to interpret market data and develop strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
Has a valid Indian passport, willingness and ability to travel extensively across Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, including overnight stays.
