Assembly Engineer managing production processes and improvements at ZF. Responsible for documentation, project launches, and collaboration with regional teams.
Responsibilities
Make sure production line running as target CT and solve process issue for production.
Lead continuous improvement activities for production to improve manufacturing cost.
Maintenance and update documentations like PFMEA, WI, changeover, mistake proofing and so on with the initiative from Regional IE.
Responsible for new project launch, meet cmk / CT / poka-yoke / document /operators training, etc. requirement.
Cooperate with Regional IE to complete machine concept, layout.
To be involved with new equipment procurement and pre/final acceptance and receive from Regional IE after SOP.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Min. 5 years’ solid experience in assembly process as process engineer in automotive industry, shock absorber assembly process would be preferred.
Good experience in assembly process, press to fit, torque tightening, mistake-proofing and tool/fixture design.
A team player with good organization skills.
Shock absorber production knowhow would be much preferred.
