- Lead IDEA (Industry 4.0) projects from planning through handover to the plant.
- Act as the technical reference for trim plants across South America.
- Prepare technical descriptions/specifications for new technologies and equipment.
- Drive connectivity for all trim S/A equipment, enabling automatic, real-time generation of OEE and efficiency data.
- Perform sizing and scoping of new projects, defining the operational strategy.
- Tools used: Most, SAP, Business Case, OEE, AutoCAD, LPBS, SFC.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong experience in Process Engineering, production and automation.
- Knowledge of trim processes is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
