About the role

  • Website Specialist managing and optimizing high-performing website experiences for ZF's global marketing efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to enhance web performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize pages in FirstSpirit and WordPress using global templates and components
  • Structure and publish content to create clear, user-friendly journeys and strong CTAs
  • Continuously improve website and landing page performance by recommending UX and content changes based on data, SEO input and best practices
  • Collaborate with Analytics & SEO to translate reports and dashboards into concrete optimization actions
  • Work closely with global digital agencies on landing pages, UX concepts and web enhancements
  • Review wireframes, designs and copy and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve usability and conversion
  • Ensure all web experiences comply with brand, legal and communication standards
  • Advise global and regional marketing teams on how to best use the website for campaigns, launches and customer journeys

Requirements

  • About 3 years of experience in web content, digital experience or website production, ideally in an international environment
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (FirstSpirit is a strong plus, WordPress)
  • Solid understanding of web UX fundamentals, user journeys, landing page structure and mobile-first design
  • Experience working with web analytics reports (e.g. Piwik, dashboards) and good knowledge of on-page SEO to drive improvements
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Regions/Countries)
  • Strong attention to detail, optimization mindset, consulting skills and clear communication in English
