About the role

  • Marketing Intern assisting ZF in strengthening its employer brand among university students. Collaborating with the University Relations team to enhance ZF's market positioning for talent attraction.

Responsibilities

  • Apply marketing knowledge and tools to contribute to ZF's positioning among university students.
  • Help identify and measure the progress of ZF's market positioning.
  • Design a brand strategy based on research, analyzing consumer insights and trends.
  • Identify universities and/or academic programs of interest to ZF.
  • Research, understand, and share key trends and topics of interest to students in target bachelor programs within Mexico's leading universities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance and trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies and processes focused on increasing the Candidate Decision Journey.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a related Bachelor´s degree program (Marketing, communication, administration)
  • Knowledge of marketing research tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other digital tools
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Intermediate English or above (Required)
  • Available to work at least 20 hrs weekly (days/times to be based on intern’s academic schedule)
  • Basic knowledge of Data Analytics (Power BI preferably)
