About the role

  • Financial Analyst managing financial controlling for corporate units at ZF in Poland. Supporting business functions and ensuring financial transparency in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the financial controlling of corporate reporting units.
  • Ensuring the integrated controlling process in planning, reporting, analysis and measures.
  • Reporting data validation and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Coordination of the internal cost accounting at the site.
  • Support for corporate functions and service centers to ensure financial transparency at reporting unit level.
  • Implementation of billing concepts and intercompany charging model.
  • Support for global Corporate Controlling projects and processes.

Requirements

  • A degree in economics, finance, controlling or comparable.
  • Experience in Controlling, financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Experienced and eager to work with IT systems and analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP environment would be an advantage.
  • Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
  • Interested in new challenges.
