Responsibilities
- Provide data analytics on sales, margin and profitability, including subsequent business recommendations to create necessary dashboards and visibility on the category performance and performance improvement opportunities.
- Structure market potential information for decision making
- Compile information from strategic pricing and market feedback to define future category and subcategory position.
- Provide and align necessary data for Business Case calculations
- Provide basic data to decide for the necessary strategic direction regarding global category position for Independent Aftermarket (IAM) and Original Equipment Supplies (OES)
- Supports the creation of the Global Category Book by collecting and processing data from Market Intelligence, the regions and internal transaction data from various ERP systems and Microsoft Power BI.
- Runs accountable subtasks within the Category Book workstreams.
- Develop standard analysis dashboards for continuous monitoring and steering of Product Category development
Requirements
- University degree, >5 years experience
- ERP & reporting tools extensive knowledge and experience: SAP; PBI; AI Office pack full proficiency, especially Excel
- MS Access or basic programming is a plus
- Data mining experience
- Proven international exposure
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills
