Responsibilities
Act as a key interface between customers, partners, and product development team
Work closely with sales and engineering teams to understand customer needs and design high-level secure network architectures
Ensure effective integration of quantum products
Collaborate with customers, partners, and integrators to align on technical concepts and translate these into solutions
Lead technical workshops and discussions with CISOs, network architects, and system integrators
Provide technical expertise throughout the sales process
Create technical proposals, white papers, and architectural documentation
Capture detailed customer feedback, pain points, and functional requirements
Work with product and R&D teams to evolve offerings based on field input
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or solution architect role
Strong understanding of IT security, cryptographic concepts, and enterprise networking (firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, PKI, etc.)
Familiarity with secure communication architectures and network design principles
Strong communication skills in German and English, capable of engaging both business and technical audiences
Ability to work across teams, align diverse stakeholders, and simplify complexity
Experience working with critical infrastructure, telecoms, or public sector clients is a plus
Bonus: familiarity with quantum technologies or interest in learning fast.
