About the role

  • GTM Engineer responsible for demand engine and marketing automation at Zero100. Driving high-quality pipeline and optimizing event demand strategies targeting senior executives.

Responsibilities

  • The GTM Engineer will own Zero100’s end-to-end demand engine.
  • This role is responsible for generating high-quality pipeline, driving event demand at scale, and building sustained brand presence with senior executive audiences.
  • You will design and operate the systems, campaigns, and measurement frameworks that convert awareness into qualified demand.
  • You will have full ownership of marketing automation tools, including building agentic workflows, and demand performance reporting.
  • You will evolve demand generation strategy, translating revenue targets to demand plans and campaign roadmaps.
  • Manage demand for flagship events, including registrations and campaign execution across various channels.
  • Build a scalable pipeline generation engine, executing campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Collaborate with teams to create demand assets, ensuring brand consistency and clarity across channels.
  • Define KPIs and dashboards linking activities to revenue, analyse performance, and present insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning end-to-end B2B demand generation, including events, pipeline creation, and paid media.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
  • Hands-on experience owning marketing automation platforms and paid media tools (e.g. Pardot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or equivalents).
  • Experience with and a strong interest in AI, automation, and modern marketing systems (e.g. agentic workflows).
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into executable plans and deliver results with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with incomplete information.
  • Ambition to build scalable growth engines rather than short-term wins.
  • Proven experience in marketing high-value B2B events and products to senior executive audiences.
  • Understanding of subscription or membership business models.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (open to explore alternative solutions).
  • Background collaborating closely with Sales and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Experience working in a scale-up environment.
