About the role

  • Running Paid Media campaigns for various clients in a performance marketing agency. Focused on daily management, analysis, and optimization of campaigns are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Run Paid Media campaigns for a mixture of clients
  • Daily campaign management, analysis and optimisation
  • Provide suggestions for tests and potential expansion opportunities
  • Work with the Performance Director on each account
  • Track daily budgets and campaigns
  • Perform weekly and ad hoc reporting
  • A/B testing with Performance Director support
  • Collaborate with clients and share knowledge internally
  • Learn new channels like TikTok, YouTube, Twitter

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience running direct response campaigns on Facebook or Google
  • Advanced excel or Google Sheets skills - formulas, pivots and graphs
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator
  • Highly self-motivated and process driven
  • Ability to adapt and action things last minute when needed
  • Team player
  • Ideally agency experience with 1 year client comms
  • Google Data Studio experience
  • Google Analytics experience
