- Guide small to medium and multi-disciplinary teams in the day-to-day, clearly communicate tasks and deadlines and ensure that the team has what they need to successfully execute.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent client projects.
- Develop and manage timelines, budgets, scopes, and resource plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Track project progress and adjust schedules or scopes as needed to mitigate risks.
- Facilitate internal team meetings, status calls, and client check-ins.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage feedback loops, revisions, and approval processes efficiently.
- Collaborate with Account Directors & Project Leads to align project goals with client objectives.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in an agency or marketing role in a design driven environment
- Expertise in one or more of the following: launching a website, launching a marketing campaign, concepting and rollout of a rebranding effort, concepting digital or traditional campaigns
