About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a global channel strategy, including performance analysis, channel prioritization, and investment recommendations to maximize marketing and sales ROI.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of analytics infrastructure, including data pipelines, integrations, and business intelligence tools that provide consistent, reliable insights into marketing performance.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance leaders to align analytics outputs with strategic business goals, ensuring data-driven decisions that accelerate growth.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that inform executive decision-making and influence strategy.
  • Establish and maintain channel performance dashboards and reports that provide clarity and focus on key metrics, enabling teams to act quickly and effectively.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the analytics function, ensuring deliverables meet high standards of quality, simplicity, and impact.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, proactively identifying business challenges, opportunity areas, and actions to improve channel efficiency and pipeline growth.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and engineers focused on excellence, innovation, and learning from experimentation.
  • Partner with data, marketing operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment on data definitions, measurement frameworks, and processes for evaluating marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 9–12 years of experience in a marketing analytics, channel strategy, or data engineering leadership role, ideally within a large-scale B2B technology organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute channel strategies that drive measurable business impact.
  • Hands-on experience building scalable analytics and data infrastructure, including familiarity with modern data stacks, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and data pipeline technologies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to financial and growth outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, persuasive narratives for executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated success as a cross-functional leader and trusted business partner.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Data Warehouse) and modern ETL tools.
  • MBA or advanced degree in business analytics, engineering, data science, or a related field.
